What if I Can’t Connect to my Wifi?

  • If you are having trouble connecting to your wifi, first look for your wifi networks. To do this, click on the wifi symbol wifi icon , which is located in the lower right corner of your screen.   A list of networks will pop up, similar to the image below:

    If you do see the list, your laptop is functioning correctly. Call your Internet provider. 

    If you don’t see the list, look to see if your wifi is turned on.  If it is turned on, you should see the blue button above? If it is not turned on, it will be white and switched to the left. Please click on it to turn on wifi.

    If it is turned on and you still see no networks please call the tech support line:  (919) 245-4014
